In version 1.5.1 you can now have directories in your FileSystem results. There is an option in the FileSystem plug-in dialog to set this per Buildcraft directory. Sub-windows weren't moving with the main window. Added installer. A new version of the program is available for download, but we can't think of anything we'd change.
